How we deliver
Our services are delivered electronically, to clients in the United Kingdom and worldwide. Your documents are sent to you by email. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no delivery charges and no customs fees.

Times start when your file is complete and your identity is verified. Registries, tax authorities, banks and payment providers set their own timeframes; we tell you who decides at each step. We will always start work within 30 days of your payment; if we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund.

We email you at each step: file received, company filed, documents issued, applications submitted.
Delays
- Not received within the typical time? Contact us and we will chase the authority or institution.
- Documents with an error? Tell us and we correct them at no extra cost.
