One dashboard for your revenue, spend and campaigns across every connected channel.
The Novaris dashboard brings your store and ad account data together: headline figures at the top, then campaigns, creatives, audiences, analytics, automations and settings, each in its own section.
What is included.
Overview
Revenue, ROAS, ad spend and orders for the period you choose, with each connected channel shown separately and in total.
Campaigns and creatives
Every campaign across channels in one list, with status, budget and results, plus the ads and creative variations inside them.
Audiences and analytics
The audiences you build and reuse, and reporting views whose depth depends on your plan.
Automations and settings
Rules you run on Growth and Scale, plus connections, team access and preferences in one place.
How the dashboard is organized
The overview is the first screen you see. It shows revenue, ROAS, ad spend and orders for the date range you select, using data from your connected store and ad accounts. You can view all channels together or one at a time, and compare with a previous period. The figures depend on the connections and tracking behind them, so we check those during onboarding.
The campaigns section lists campaigns from Meta, TikTok, Google and other connected platforms side by side, with their budgets, status and results. From there you open a campaign to see its ads and creatives. On Growth and Scale, Creative Studio variations appear here too, so you can compare versions and keep the ones that perform. Filters let you narrow the list by channel, status or date range.
Audiences holds the segments built with Audience Builder, ready to reuse across channels. Analytics gives you reporting views: basic analytics on Starter, and advanced cross-channel analytics on Growth and Scale. AI suggestions, such as budget moves, appear in context with a short explanation, and you choose whether to accept them. Nothing suggested is applied unless you accept it or have set a rule that allows it.
Automations, available on Growth with custom automations on Scale, shows the rules you have set, when they last ran and what they changed. Settings is where you manage connected accounts, team members and alert preferences. Every change made through the dashboard is applied to your own ad accounts, which remain subject to each platform's policies. If a platform rejects a change, the dashboard shows it so you can act.
Why one dashboard helps
Totals you do not have to add up
Spend and revenue across channels appear together, instead of being copied from several tools into a spreadsheet.
Problems you see sooner
A campaign overspending or a creative fading stands out when everything is on one screen.
Decisions with context
AI suggestions sit next to the data they are based on, so you can judge them before accepting.
One place for the team
Everyone looks at the same figures with the same definitions.
A record of what changed
Automation history and recent changes help explain why results moved.
What makes the dashboard accurate
The dashboard shows what your connections send. These items make its figures more reliable.
- A connected storeSo revenue and orders come from your real sales, for example from Shopify.
- Connected ad accountsEvery Meta, TikTok and Google account you advertise from, so spend is complete.
- Working purchase eventsPixels and conversion events that fire once per order.
- Consistent currency and time zoneStore and ad accounts set up so dates and amounts line up, or noted so we account for differences.
- Clear campaign namesA naming habit that tells you product, channel and goal at a glance.
- Team members invitedThe people who need to see or act on the data, with the right access.

Getting the most from the dashboard
A short daily look at the overview catches most issues early: spend running ahead of revenue, a channel going quiet or a connection that needs attention. Deeper reviews of campaigns and creatives work better weekly, once there is enough data to compare.
Remember that platform-reported figures and store figures are counted differently. Use the dashboard to see trends and compare channels, and look at the gap between sources rather than expecting them to match exactly.
Common dashboard mistakes
Reading one day in isolation
Daily figures swing. Compare weeks or longer periods before acting.
Trusting ROAS without checking tracking
If purchase events are duplicated or missing, ROAS is wrong. Check events after any store change.
Leaving accounts unconnected
An ad account outside the dashboard makes total spend look lower than it is.
Accepting every suggestion automatically
Review AI suggestions against your margins, stock and plans before accepting them.
The dashboard reports what connected platforms and your store provide. It does not guarantee any result, and figures can differ between sources.
Questions about the dashboard
What does the overview show?
Revenue, ROAS, ad spend and orders for the period you choose, by channel and in total.
Where does the data come from?
From your connected store and ad accounts. The dashboard is only as complete as those connections.
Why does ROAS differ from what Meta or Google shows?
Each platform counts conversions with its own rules. Novaris shows store and platform figures so you can compare them.
Can I make changes from the dashboard?
Yes. Changes to campaigns and budgets are applied to your own ad accounts, which remain subject to each platform's policies.
Is Creative Studio in the dashboard on every plan?
No. Creative Studio is part of Growth and Scale.
Can my team use the same dashboard?
Yes. You can invite team members and manage their access in settings.
Does the dashboard include ad spend in my bill?
No. It shows ad spend for reporting. Spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and never included in the plan.
