Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns managed from one dashboard instead of three.
Novaris connects to the ad accounts you already own and brings campaigns, creatives, budgets and results into one place. Each platform still runs its own auction, reviews its own ads and applies its own policies.
What is included.
One view of every account
Campaigns from each connected ad account in a single list, with spend, revenue, orders and ROAS shown in the same format.
Launch and edit from one place
Create campaigns, change budgets, pause ads and swap creative without logging in to each ad manager separately.
Shared audiences and creative
Audiences and creative assets you build in Novaris can be adapted for each channel instead of being rebuilt from scratch.
Side-by-side reporting
Compare channels on the same metrics and date range, so a decision on where to spend next is based on one set of numbers.
How multi-platform management works
Most e-commerce brands that grow beyond one channel end up with three ad managers, three reporting styles and three sets of naming habits. Each tool reports conversions in its own way and over its own attribution window, so comparing them takes spreadsheets and guesswork. Novaris sits on top of those accounts and gives you one place to plan, launch and review campaigns across the channels you use.
You connect each ad account through the platform's own authorization screen and choose which permissions to grant. Novaris then reads campaign structure, spend and results, and can make the changes you approve, such as launching a campaign, adjusting a budget or pausing an ad. Your accounts stay in your name, with your billing details, and you can disconnect them at any time from the platform side or from Novaris.
Inside the dashboard, campaigns from every channel appear in one list with the same metrics. AI Campaigns can suggest where budget is working best and which audiences or creatives deserve more spend. On Growth and Scale, automations can apply rules across channels, for example pausing any ad that spends past a limit you set without an order. Every rule and threshold is chosen by you.
The ad platforms remain in charge of their own systems. Meta, TikTok and Google run the auctions, decide delivery, review every ad against their policies and can reject ads or restrict accounts. Novaris connects to them through their standard tools; it is not affiliated with them and cannot override a review or speed one up. What it removes is the busywork of running the same tasks in several places.
What one dashboard changes day to day
Less time switching tools
Routine checks and edits happen in one place instead of three logins, three layouts and three exports.
Comparable numbers
Spend, revenue and ROAS are shown in one format, which makes it easier to see how channels perform against each other.
Faster reaction
A campaign that stops converting on one channel is visible next to the others, so budget can be moved before more is wasted.
Consistent naming and structure
Campaigns launched from Novaris follow the same naming pattern on every platform, which keeps reporting tidy as you scale.
Room to test a new channel
Adding TikTok or Google next to Meta is a connection, not a new workflow, so a small test is easier to set up and judge.
What to have ready
Connecting takes minutes once access is in place. These are the items that most often slow the first day down.
- Admin access to each ad accountYou, or someone on your team, needs admin rights on every Meta, TikTok and Google account you want to connect.
- A valid payment method on each platformAd spend is billed by each platform directly, so every ad account needs its own working payment method.
- Pixels or tags installedThe Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google tag should be on your store and sending purchase events.
- A connected storeLinking your store, such as Shopify, lets Novaris compare platform-reported results with real orders.
- A product catalog where neededCatalog and Shopping campaigns need a product feed that is approved on each platform.
- A rough budget per channelDecide what you are willing to spend on each platform during the first weeks, including a test budget for any new channel.
From separate accounts to one dashboard
- 1Day 1
Trial call
We look at the channels you use today, the ones you want to test and what you need to see in one place.
- 2Day 1 to 2
Accounts connected
You authorize each ad account and your store. We check that pixels and purchase events are reaching each platform.
- 3Days 2 to 4
Existing campaigns reviewed
Your current campaigns appear in one list. We help you spot overlaps, gaps and naming that will make reporting harder.
- 4Usually within the first week
First campaigns launched
You approve the first campaigns or changes from Novaris. Each platform then reviews the ads under its own rules and timing.
- 5Weeks 2 to 4
Compare and adjust
With some data in, you compare channels side by side and decide where budget goes next. Early results can move a lot.

Rules and routines
On Growth and Scale you can add automations so that routine checks across channels run without daily manual work.
Separate ad managers versus one dashboard
| Manual | With Novaris | |
|---|---|---|
| Daily checks | Log in to each ad manager in turn | One list with every connected channel |
| Reporting | Exports merged in a spreadsheet | Same metrics and dates across channels |
| Budget changes | Made separately on each platform | Made from one place, applied to each platform |
| Naming and structure | Depends on who built the campaign | One naming pattern on every channel |
| Rules across channels | Set up separately where each tool allows it | Automations on Growth and Scale, custom on Scale |
| Ad review and policies | Set by each platform | Still set by each platform |
Novaris connects to the ad platforms through their standard tools. Features available through each connection depend on the platform and can change when the platform updates its tools.
Running several channels without losing track
Once the accounts are connected, the work shifts from collecting numbers to reading them. A weekly look at spend and results by channel, using the same date range, usually shows which platform is earning more budget and which needs new creative or a different audience.
Keep each channel's own rules in mind. Ad formats, creative specs and policies differ between Meta, TikTok and Google, and an ad that runs on one may be rejected on another. Novaris helps you adapt assets, but each ad is still reviewed by the platform it runs on.
If you add a new store, a new market or a new ad account, connect it the same way and keep naming consistent. Clean structure is what keeps a single dashboard useful as the number of campaigns grows.
Common mistakes when running several channels
Copying one ad to every platform unchanged
A square Meta image or a long caption rarely works as a TikTok video. Adapt format, length and hook to each channel.
Judging a new channel in a few days
A new platform needs time and enough spend to learn. Agree on a test budget and a review date before you start.
Comparing different attribution windows
Platform numbers use different windows and models. Compare on the same basis, and check against store orders.
Spreading a small budget too thin
Several channels on a small budget can leave each one without enough data. Starting with one or two is often clearer.
Novaris does not control ad delivery, ad review or account decisions on any platform. No result, approval or performance level can be guaranteed; outcomes depend on your products, market, budget and ad accounts.
Questions about multi-platform ads
Which platforms can I connect?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google, with more channels where a connection is available. On the trial call we confirm which ones fit your store and market.
Do I keep my own ad accounts?
Yes. Your ad accounts stay in your name with your payment method. Novaris connects to them with the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect at any time.
Is ad spend included in the plan?
No. Ad spend is billed by each platform directly to the payment method on your ad account. The plan price covers the Novaris platform only.
Is Novaris an official Meta, TikTok or Google partner?
No. Novaris connects to these platforms through their standard tools. Each platform sets its own policies, reviews ads and can restrict accounts.
Can I still use each platform's ad manager?
Yes. Changes you make directly in an ad manager show up in Novaris after the next sync. Many teams use both, depending on the task.
How many campaigns can I run?
Starter covers up to 10 active campaigns, Growth up to 50 and Scale has no campaign limit. The count includes campaigns across all connected channels.
Will running more channels improve my results?
Not automatically. Some products do well on one channel and poorly on another. Results depend on your products, market, budget and ad accounts, so we suggest testing one new channel at a time.
