Facebook and Instagram campaigns planned, tested and reported on from Novaris.
Novaris connects to your Meta ad account so you can build campaigns, test creative and audiences, and read results next to your store orders. Meta still reviews every ad, applies its policies and decides delivery.
What is included.
Campaign setup and launch
Campaigns, ad sets and ads built from Novaris with a consistent structure and naming, then sent to your Meta ad account for review.
Creative and copy variations
On Growth and Scale, Creative Studio produces copy and visual variations sized for Feed, Stories and Reels to test side by side.
Audiences
Segments built from your store data and site visitors, prepared for use as custom or lookalike audiences in Meta where your account allows.
Reporting against store orders
Meta-reported purchases shown next to the orders your store actually recorded, on the same dates and currency.
How Novaris works with Meta ads
Meta is often the first paid channel for an e-commerce brand, because Facebook and Instagram reach a wide audience and the ad tools are mature. It is also a busy place to work: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creative formats and placements multiply quickly, and Ads Manager reports results with its own attribution settings. Novaris gives that work a clear structure and puts results next to your other channels.
You connect your Meta Business account and ad account through Meta's own login and permission screen, and connect your store. Novaris then reads campaigns and results and can create or change campaigns when you approve it. Your Meta Pixel, and the Conversions API if your store app supports it, send purchase events that both Meta and Novaris rely on, so checking them is part of the first day.
From there, AI Campaigns suggests where budget and audiences are working and where they are not. On Growth and Scale, Creative Studio prepares ad variations in the formats Meta uses, and automations can apply rules you choose, such as pausing an ad set that spends a set amount without a purchase. Every campaign you launch from Novaris still lands in your ad account, where you can see and edit it in Ads Manager.
Meta controls its own platform. It reviews every ad against its Advertising Standards, decides how and to whom ads are delivered, and can reject ads or restrict accounts. Some product categories and claims face extra rules. Novaris connects to Meta through its standard tools and is not affiliated with Meta, so it cannot approve ads, lift restrictions or influence review. We help you prepare ads that follow the published policies.
What changes when Meta runs through Novaris
Structure that scales
A consistent campaign and naming structure keeps Ads Manager readable as the number of tests and products grows.
More creative to test
Regular new variations help counter ad fatigue, which is common on Facebook and Instagram once the same ad has run for a while.
Results checked against real sales
Meta-reported purchases are compared with store orders, which helps avoid scaling on numbers that do not reach the bank.
Meta in context
Meta results sit next to TikTok and Google in one dashboard, so budget decisions can be made across channels.
What to have ready
Most delays on Meta come from access and tracking. Checking these items first saves days later.

- Conversions API where availableServer-side events through your store's Meta integration can recover some events that browsers block.

- A product catalog for catalog adsIf you want catalog or Advantage+ catalog ads, a product feed connected to Meta's commerce tools.

Novaris connects to Meta through its standard tools and is not affiliated with Meta. Available features depend on what Meta offers through those tools at the time.
Keeping Meta campaigns healthy
The first days after launch are mostly learning. Meta needs a number of conversions before delivery settles, and frequent edits during that time can restart the process. Agree a review date and a minimum spend before judging an ad set.
Creative usually wears out before audiences do. Watch frequency and cost per purchase, and plan new variations before results drop rather than after. Rotating in fresh hooks and formats is one of the most reliable ways to keep a campaign useful.
Keep your account in good standing. Respond to any Meta notice promptly, avoid claims Meta restricts, keep landing pages consistent with the ads and make sure customers can reach you. Account quality issues are decided by Meta, not by Novaris.
Common mistakes with Meta ads
Launching before the Pixel works
Without reliable purchase events, Meta optimizes on weak signals and reports are hard to trust. Test a purchase first.
Too many small ad sets
Splitting a modest budget across many ad sets can leave each without enough data to exit learning.
Claims Meta restricts
Before-and-after promises, personal attribute targeting in copy and exaggerated results often lead to rejected ads.
Running one ad for months
The same creative shown again and again usually costs more over time. Plan regular new variations.
Meta reviews ads, controls delivery and decides on account restrictions. Novaris cannot guarantee ad approval, account status or any result; outcomes depend on your products, market, budget and ad account.
Questions about Meta ads with Novaris
Is Novaris a Meta partner?
No. Novaris connects to Meta through its standard business tools and is not affiliated with Meta. Meta sets its own policies, reviews ads and can restrict accounts.
Do I keep my Meta ad account?
Yes. The ad account, Page and Instagram account stay yours. You grant Novaris access and can remove it at any time from Meta's business settings.
Is Meta ad spend included in my plan?
No. Meta bills ad spend directly to the payment method on your ad account. The plan price covers the Novaris platform only.
Can Novaris get a rejected ad approved?
No. Only Meta decides on review. We can help you understand the policy reason given, adjust the ad and request a review through Meta's own process.
Can I still use Ads Manager?
Yes. Campaigns launched from Novaris appear in your ad account, and changes you make in Ads Manager show up in Novaris after the next sync.
Which plan do I need for Meta ads?
Meta campaigns run on every plan. Starter includes AI Campaigns and basic analytics. Growth adds Creative Studio, advanced analytics and automations; Scale adds custom automations and a dedicated manager.
How soon will I see results?
It varies. Campaigns usually need a learning period, and results depend on your products, offer, creative, budget and market. We do not promise a timeline or a return.
