One view of ad spend, orders and revenue across every channel, updated as it happens.
Advanced Analytics brings ad platform data and store data together, so you can see what each campaign costs and what it brings back, and decide from numbers rather than impressions.
What is included.
Cross-channel reporting
Spend, clicks, orders, revenue and return on ad spend for each connected platform, side by side in one dashboard.
Store-matched results
Ad activity compared with the orders and revenue your store records, not only what each platform reports about itself.
Breakdowns that matter
Results by campaign, ad set, creative, audience, product and country, with custom date ranges.
Alerts and saved views
Views you can save and share, and alerts when a measure you choose moves past a level you set.
How Advanced Analytics brings your data together
Every ad platform reports its own results in its own way. Each uses its own attribution window and counting rules, so adding up the purchases claimed by Meta, TikTok and Google often gives more sales than your store actually received. Looking at each ads manager separately also makes it hard to see the total cost of acquiring a customer. Advanced Analytics puts these numbers next to your store's own order data.
Data arrives from the platforms through the connections you grant and from your store through its integration. It is refreshed close to real time, within the limits and reporting delays of each source. Some platforms revise recent figures for several days as late conversions arrive, so the most recent numbers can still move a little. The dashboard shows when each source was last updated.
On Starter, basic analytics covers the essentials: spend, orders, revenue and return on ad spend by campaign and channel. On Growth and Scale, advanced analytics adds deeper breakdowns by creative, audience, product and country, comparisons between periods, saved views and alerts. Both levels use the same underlying data, so moving to a higher plan later does not change or reset your history.
The goal is better decisions, not more charts. You can see which campaigns cost more than they return, which products sell through ads and which only sell organically, and where budget could move. The numbers are as reliable as the tracking behind them, and privacy rules mean some conversions are estimated or modelled by the platforms rather than observed. We show where that applies.
Why a single view of your numbers matters
Totals that match your store
Comparing platform claims with real orders avoids counting the same sale twice.
The full cost of growth
Spend across all channels in one place shows what each new order really costs.
Faster reactions
Close to real-time data lets you spot a broken campaign or tracking issue the same day.
Product-level insight
Seeing which products sell through ads helps you choose what to promote and what to stock.
Fewer spreadsheets
No need to export several reports and merge them by hand every week.
What to have ready
Analytics can only show what is tracked. These items make the numbers worth trusting.
- Store connectionAccess to your store so orders, revenue, refunds and products can be read.
- Ad account accessRead access at least to every ad account you want in the reports.
- Correct conversion eventsPurchase events that fire once per order with the right value and currency.
- Consistent campaign namingA simple naming pattern for campaigns and ad sets makes breakdowns easier to read.
- Product costs if you have themCost of goods and shipping costs let you look at margin, not only revenue.
- The measures you care aboutFor example cost per purchase, return on ad spend or new customers, so views and alerts focus on them.

Tracking review
We compare platform conversions with store orders and point out gaps such as duplicate or missing events.

Your views
You set up the views and, on Growth and Scale, the alerts that match the measures you follow.

Plans are billed monthly in USD and can be cancelled anytime. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is never included.
Turning reports into decisions
Pick a few measures and follow them consistently. Cost per purchase, return on ad spend and new customer orders tell most stores what they need. Watching dozens of indicators at once usually leads to reacting to noise rather than to real changes.
Compare like with like. Look at the same period length, the same attribution setting and the same products when you judge a change. A campaign that looks weaker this week may simply be running during a slower part of the month.
When numbers disagree, check tracking before strategy. A sudden drop in reported purchases is often a broken event or a site change rather than a change in demand. The dashboard helps you find where the gap starts, and support follows your plan level.
Common mistakes when reading ad analytics
Adding up platform conversions
Each platform claims its own share of the same sales. Compare with store orders instead of summing them.
Judging yesterday's numbers as final
Recent figures are often revised as late conversions arrive. Allow a few days before deciding.
Ignoring refunds and costs
Revenue without refunds, product costs and shipping can make a campaign look better than it is.
Changing too much at once
If budgets, creative and audiences all change together, the data cannot tell you which change mattered.
Novaris reports the data your store and ad platforms provide. Some figures are modelled by the platforms because of privacy rules, and no report guarantees future results.
Questions about Advanced Analytics
What is the difference between basic and advanced analytics?
Basic analytics on Starter covers spend, orders, revenue and return on ad spend by campaign and channel. Advanced analytics on Growth and Scale adds deeper breakdowns, period comparisons, saved views and alerts.
How current is the data?
Close to real time, within each platform's reporting delays. The dashboard shows when each source was last updated.
Why do my numbers differ from the ads manager?
Platforms use their own attribution windows and may revise recent figures. We show platform figures and store orders side by side so you can see the gap.
Which platforms are covered?
The store you connect and the ad platforms you connect, such as Meta, TikTok and Google. Novaris connects to them through the access you grant and is not an official partner of any of them.
Can I share reports with my team?
Yes. You can save views and share them with team members who have access to your account.
Does upgrading keep my history?
Yes. All plans use the same data, so moving from Starter to Growth or Scale keeps your existing history.
Are the numbers exact?
They are as accurate as your tracking and the platforms' reporting. Privacy rules mean some conversions are estimated by the platforms, and we flag where that applies.
