Tools to decide who can see, change and approve what in your advertising.
Management tools cover the people side of the platform: inviting team members with the right roles, approving changes before they go live, setting alerts, sharing reports and knowing which support your plan includes.
What is included.
Users and roles
Invite colleagues, freelancers or an agency and give each person the access they need, from viewing reports to changing campaigns.
Approvals
Ask for a review before selected changes, such as larger budget moves or new campaigns, are applied to your ad accounts.
Alerts
Get notified when spend runs ahead of plan, a campaign stops delivering or a connection needs re-authorizing.
Shareable reports
Prepare reports on the figures that matter to you and share them with partners, investors or your team.
How management tools work
As soon as more than one person touches your advertising, you need clear rules about who does what. In Novaris, the account owner invites users and gives each one a role. Some people only need to read reports, others manage campaigns and creative day to day, and a few should be able to change budgets, rules and connected accounts. Roles can be changed or removed whenever your team changes.
Approvals add a check before money moves. You decide which kinds of change need a second look, for example a budget increase above an amount you choose, a new campaign or a change to an automation rule. The change waits until someone with the right role approves it, and the history shows who requested and who approved each one. Changes below your thresholds go through without waiting.
Alerts and reports keep people informed without everyone logging in all day. Alerts can flag spend against your plan, campaigns that stop delivering, disapproved ads or expired connections. Reports pull the dashboard figures into a view you can share, so an owner, partner or accountant sees the same numbers as the team running the ads. You decide who receives each alert and each report.
Support depends on your plan. Starter includes email support, Growth includes priority support, and Scale includes a dedicated manager and 24/7 support. Whatever the plan, your ad accounts remain yours, and the ad platforms keep their own rules on who can access them and what is allowed. If you are unsure which plan fits your team, we go through it with you on the onboarding call before you commit.
Why team controls matter
Fewer costly mistakes
An approval step catches a misplaced zero in a budget before it reaches the ad platform.
Clear responsibility
Each change shows who made or approved it, which makes reviews and handovers easier.
Safe access for outsiders
Freelancers and agencies get what they need without full control of your accounts.
Everyone sees the same numbers
Shared reports avoid arguments over which spreadsheet is right.
Faster reaction to problems
Alerts reach the right person when something needs attention.
What to decide first
A few decisions upfront make roles and approvals simple to set up.
- Who owns the accountThe person or company that controls billing, connections and final access.
- Who needs accessA list of team members, freelancers and agencies, and what each one should do.
- Which changes need approvalFor example budget increases above an amount you set, new campaigns or rule changes. These thresholds are yours to choose.
- Who approvesOne or more people able to review requests quickly, so campaigns are not left waiting.
- Who receives alertsThe people who should hear about spend, delivery and connection issues.
- Who reads reportsOwners, partners or advisers who need regular figures, and how often.

Keeping team access tidy
Access tends to grow and rarely shrinks on its own. Review your user list regularly and remove people who no longer work on the account, including former freelancers and agencies. Do the same inside each ad platform, since their access is managed separately.
Revisit approval thresholds as your budgets change. A limit that made sense at a small budget may slow the team down later, while a growing account may need more checks, not fewer.
If you move to a different plan, your support level changes with it. We tell you who to contact and how, so questions reach the right person.
Common team management mistakes
Everyone as an admin
Giving full access to everyone removes the point of roles. Match access to each person's job.
Approvals nobody answers
Requests left waiting stall campaigns. Name approvers who will respond quickly.
Forgetting to remove access
Former team members with access are a risk. Remove them in Novaris and in each ad platform.
Too many alerts
If every alert goes to everyone, people stop reading them. Send each one to the person who acts on it.
Management tools help organize your team but do not guarantee results. Ad platforms control access to their own accounts and can restrict them under their policies.
Questions about management tools
Can I invite my agency or a freelancer?
Yes. Invite them as users and give them a role that matches the work they do.
Who can approve changes?

Can I share reports with people who do not use the platform?
Yes. Reports are meant to be shared with partners, investors or advisers who need the figures.
What support does each plan include?
Email support on Starter, priority support on Growth, and a dedicated manager with 24/7 support on Scale.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
Remove their access in Novaris settings, and also in each ad platform where they had access.
