Your store, ad accounts and tracking connected once, with permissions you control.
Novaris connects to your store, for example on Shopify, and to your Meta, TikTok and Google ad accounts, then reads pixels, conversion events and catalogs so every report starts from the same data.
What is included.
Store connection
Link your store so orders, revenue and products are available in Novaris and can be matched to campaigns.
Ad account connections
Connect the Meta, TikTok and Google Ads accounts you own, with the access level each platform offers.
Pixel and event checks
We review your pixels and purchase events with you and flag anything missing, duplicated or firing on the wrong page.
Catalog sync
Product catalogs and feeds used for shopping and catalog ads are read so campaigns and reports refer to the right products.
How integrations work
The platform is only as useful as the data it receives. Novaris needs three kinds of connection: your store, for orders and products; your ad accounts, for campaigns and spend; and your tracking, meaning pixels and conversion events that tell each ad platform when someone buys. When one of these is missing, reports show gaps and AI suggestions rest on incomplete information.
Each connection is authorized from your side. For a store such as Shopify, you approve the connection from your store admin. For Meta, TikTok and Google, you sign in to the platform and grant access to the ad accounts you choose. Novaris connects to these platforms but is not their official partner, and each one decides what access it allows.
Once connected, we check the data with you. We compare orders in your store with conversions reported by each platform, look for purchase events that fire twice or not at all, and confirm that catalog products match what is on your site. Differences between sources are normal, because each platform counts conversions in its own way. What matters is understanding the size of the gap and making sure it stays stable over time.
You stay in control of every connection. You can see what is connected in the dashboard settings and remove access from Novaris or directly from the store or ad platform. Disconnecting stops new data from flowing in. Your campaigns, ad accounts and store remain yours and keep running under the platforms' own rules. You can reconnect later, and we help you check the data again when you do.
Why clean integrations matter
Reports you can trust
Matching store orders to ad platform data shows where numbers agree and where they need care.
Better AI suggestions
AI Campaigns and Audience Builder work from conversion data. Missing events mean weaker suggestions.
Fewer wasted budgets
A broken purchase event can make a profitable campaign look like a failure, or the other way around.
Catalog ads that reflect your store
Synced catalogs keep prices, availability and images aligned with what customers see.
Clear control over access
You always know which accounts are connected and can remove access yourself.
What to have ready
Each platform has its own access screens and rules. These items make the connection straightforward.
- Store admin accessAn owner or staff account on your store with permission to approve app connections.
- Ad account admin accessAdmin rights on the Meta Business, TikTok Ads and Google Ads accounts you want to connect.
- Installed pixels or tagsThe Meta pixel, TikTok pixel and Google tag on your store, or a plan to add them.
- Purchase events configuredEvents for purchases, and ideally add to cart and checkout started, firing on the right pages.
- A product catalog or feedA catalog in Meta or TikTok, or a Merchant Center feed for Google, if you run product ads.
- A list of who should have accessThe team members who need to see or change each account.

Monitor connections
The dashboard alerts you when a connection expires or a platform asks you to re-authorize.
Working across separate tools versus connected in Novaris
| Manual | With Novaris | |
|---|---|---|
| Store orders | Read in the store admin | Synced and matched to campaigns |
| Ad account data | Checked in each platform separately | Shown together in one dashboard |
| Pixel problems | Noticed when results look odd | Reviewed at setup and flagged when data stops |
| Catalogs | Managed in each ad platform | Read by Novaris so reports name the right products |
| Access control | Spread across several platforms | Visible in one settings page, still removable at each platform |
Available connections and the data each platform shares can change. Each platform sets its own access rules and may ask you to re-authorize.
Keeping integrations working
Connections can expire. Platforms ask for re-authorization from time to time, a password change can end a session and an admin leaving the company can remove access. When a connection drops, the dashboard alerts you so you can reconnect before data gaps grow.
Changes on your store affect tracking too. A new theme, checkout change or extra app can break or duplicate pixel events. After any significant store change, check that purchase events still fire once per order.
Expect some difference between store orders and platform-reported conversions. Privacy settings, ad blockers and each platform's attribution windows mean the figures rarely match exactly. Novaris shows both so you can judge the gap.
Common integration mistakes
Duplicate purchase events
A pixel installed twice counts each order twice and makes campaigns look better than they are.
Connecting with a personal profile that may leave
If the person who authorized a connection loses access, the connection can stop. Use an account that will stay.
An out-of-date catalog
Sold-out items or wrong prices in the feed lead to rejected products and poor ads.
Ignoring reconnection alerts
An expired connection means missing data and weaker suggestions until it is restored.
Novaris connects to stores and ad platforms but is not their official partner. We cannot guarantee that a platform will keep offering a given connection or level of data, and results are not guaranteed.
Questions about integrations
Which stores can I connect?
Shopify is the most common example. Ask us on the call about your store platform and we confirm what is currently possible.
Which ad platforms connect to Novaris?
Meta, TikTok and Google, among others. Availability depends on each platform's current access options.
Does Novaris own my ad accounts?
No. You own your store and ad accounts. Novaris only uses the access you grant.
Can I remove access?
Yes, at any time, from the Novaris settings or directly from the store or ad platform.
Why do store orders and platform conversions differ?
Each platform counts conversions with its own rules and windows, and privacy settings hide some data. Small gaps are normal.
Do I need pixels installed already?
It helps a lot. If they are missing, we explain what to install and check the events with you.
Is Novaris an official Shopify, Meta, TikTok or Google partner?
No. The platform connects to them through the access they offer. Each platform sets its own policies.
